            Hopefully the Global Transaction Tax will go on, because last September Presidents Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Michelle Bachelet and José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, Bernard Kouchner, agreed to put into practice this alternative for development financement, as you can read in the article "Great crises, great opportunities" that I am sending you enclosed.  Your proposals were very farsighted at this respect 8 years ago.  Thanks for all.
