Met with Shanna at Skyspace and we agreed to work together. She will provide us office space - a minimum amount, and we will do our best to promote the Skyspace facility. I have some concerns about the equipment and the nature of the future facility, but she assured me that their intention is to make it a state of the art facility. Whether or not it will meet my production requirements remains to be seen. Being on the ninth floor at Yonge and Eglinton also is not greatly appealing to me, but it certainly will be business like. Hopefully we will be able to help them as this can only help us.

Rushed down to pay Mary at Sunsations, and then over to a Christmas party at Steven Thomas. Stephen runs a direct mail marketing organization and many of his clients are not for profit agencies. I met the Program Director Ann Wright from World Wildlife Fund who was there talking with Stephen Pugh a fellow squash player - I think he has been suspended from our league, but since he does our printing still he has some special privilege as a social member. I mentioned to Steve about the insert we were going to print, and he suggested that I talk with Diane Robb whom I have been meaning to get together with over Christmas. It will have to wait until the new year. . I had met Ann Wright’s boss two years back when we had first enunciated the Home Planet Alliance Philosophy. They had chosen to ignore our efforts - but wished us well. I suggested to "Ann" (check name) Wright that she should have her boss look at what we have accomplished without their help and to imagine what we might have accomplished with it. We shall see. It will be interesting to see if they will promote our program - disappointing if they choose not to. They are a large organization, and I would like to not have the feeling I know I am going to have when they come in later. Where are all the people when you need them? They manage to show up when you don’t, and this organization will likely be one of those. I talked with John Thomas the hosts brother and a fellow baseball player on our team for the past ten or so years.. He is a representative of the IAEWP at Acadia University where he teaches. I asked him to start promoting our site. He said he would. I also talked with Debby who works in the List department at Stephen. She is very pleasant and she taught me a little about how their systems work. They are not yet into using the internet as a resource system. I did not take the full advantage of the opportunities at this party and I left early to get some rest.
